Whatd you use to make the spacers, phenolic? Injectors like i said in the other thread - GTR RB26 injectors drop straight into those rails and are 440cc. I think from memory Toyota 7MGTE were also the same size and dimension but dont quote me on that one. The spacers made from nylon sort of compoun...

Ok so f*#k you photo bucket, I'm starting again.
Knocked up a heat shield out of aluminium plate, will cover it later with some composite aluminium shielding, I give me a 4/10 for workmanship but time constraints means quality and perfectionism = zero and she'll be right is good enough for now !!!

Ha when I had access to a lathe I bored and parted off mine out of a solid bar of K245... a bit of over kill, mild steel tube would be fine.
