Skid Pan Day No# 2 ATTN_ DATE HAS CHANGED

Post by Gene FJ20DEBT »

mt cotton days are as previous.
-> wet track
-> noise restrictions

willowbank
-> same price
-> dry track
-> NO noise restriction
(waiting to hear back if its a full day or half day like mt cotton)

would people be interested in trying a dry track skid pan?

I should be in. However, Im thinking a dry track will see all the geminis struggling very much so. My setup is a fairly modified for a stock engine. Cam, modded nikki, recurved dissy, exhaust, electronic ignition and it can do the dry but only just, just.

My vote is for wet.

Still same price, roughly $145?
Im easy on all of them, should be able to pull together the money for it providing nothing comes up.

Lets get this thing rolling, start telling people you know in the area about it.
I'm happy for 8 people.

1. geminilover3236 | min 8 people | all dates
2. luke20 | min 8 people | dec dates
3. lilwilsy | min 8 people | all dates
4. gene | min 12 people | late nov, early dec | pending whether car is running
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.
11.
12.

Let us know which dates you are happy for and which is the min number of people you are happy for.

do you think willowbank in the dry is worth while for the Geminis (most being fairly underpowered) ?
We did a course in a clapped out 89 astra with a slipping clutch and had a ball (almost as much as the drift car). it would not matter what car youare in at willowbank
