According to hoppers stoppers. With an xb master you need to remove the guts from a standard proportioning valve.
You should run a hz disc brake one but they are non existent these days and a second hand one is 350 bucks

Thanks

Been looking for a hz 4 wheel disc one and rare as rocking horse s*#t

Might try and see if a brake Specialist can adjust the crack pressure on the stock one - gotta increase it to 350psi from what I see

Unless anyone else has another idea?

What about one of those willwood arrangements?

I think that's what I looked at when I was going to put brakes on Amys Gem (which i still haven't done)

I spoke to the engineer yesterday - I was wrong about the wilwood adjustable proportion valve being illegal. He can pass it so long as it's not mounted in the cabin. So happy days!

G series coming out today and the 4z will go in next week!

Yeah not mounted in the cabin makes sense.

0% at rears and full fronts. I can see what they'd not like that lol

what's the problem with that?!!

g161 is back out

rest of the brake system goes in hopefully during the week, then to install my hydraulic clutch setup in readiness for the 4zd1 and MUA 5 speed to go in this weekend.

Does anyone know if the hole for the shifter in the automatic car transmission tunnel still needs to be cut when fitting the MUA with remote shifter? Would save me some time if it didn't have to be.

I'm using two left hand gemini engine mounts on the 4zd1 and custom gearbox xmember if this helps.

Yeah you'll probably have to extend it a bit. Depending on how far forward/back it sits.

I'll have a look and see - hoping I can get away with not cutting it as engineer asked for Reinforcement of the new hole if I do cut it

Getting real real close now to having the turbo'd d1 stroker running

End of September is the aim to have it all done.

I now have everything except the assembled altra 9 diff to go in

I will be measuring up and assembling my engine tomorrow night if I get home early enough. Might attempt to not work on the weekend to get it done and back in
