Compound charged, ie the turbo blows into the blower inlet. So a 9 psi charge from the turbo and a 10 psi blower equates to around 25 psi. Then just lift your turbo boost for more. Keeps compounding on the amount. Pipe work is a bit ghey yea I'm just hoping its worth the work

2 stroke diesel engines use the same principal except the supercharger was needed to help get the gases out of the combustion chamber...

Should be a sweet thing to hear when finished...

Just curios did you end up taking a pic of the ex manifold before you bolted it in ?? I must be blind but to get cyl 1 must of been hard to plumb in with the supercharger there

I can't find where I put it but yes I did. No.1 runner is slightly longer than the others so I tried to lengthen them uneven in scavenge order to overcome the problem. It's a setup the middle nut on the top row of the manifold takes about 20 mins to tighten

The car will be in primer next weekend. Panel work is nearly done, I have stripped the interior out now and removed all the deadner and old paint. Gonna hit the whole thing with Sika deadner. Not sure whether to put carpet back in it or not. I'm hoping to pick up the gear from Melbourn. Next weekend so the car can start getting finished as I have the pressure on me now to get the Torana done for a leavers dinner this year

Right I am finally financially in the clear to keep going with the car. I have a few more big projects to finish but I will be starting to get back into the car over the coming weeks. Il order all the parts for the New engine this week I'm not sure how long it will take to make the rods and cryo the crank etc but il get that in the pipeline as well. The panel beater has just about finished the body just some fine work to do and fit everything up while it's in primer. Il get the tank in it and put all the pipework back together so Ian can come round and set up the ecu. The Wolf does my head in. I need to see what it goes like as I want to know whether to keep this setup or just junk it and bang on a 35r as the New motor will be capable of 40+ psi
