Finished plumbing up the clutch using the rodeo flexi line and shortened hard line.
Also tested out the thermo wiring.
So other than a couple of brake lines the driveline is basically sorted.

Yeah. I had it in my old wagon but it wasnt compliant. Need to have a skid plates or bash plate if lower than 200mm. And cannot protrude below departure angle. Going from about 45 litres to nearly 80.

Yes and no. I wanna get the brakes plumbed up and get the exhaust done. I still have to finish tank mounts and route fuel pump/reg ect. But fingers crossed it will be ready early/ mid next year. Still so much small stuff to do.

It currently drives but only the handbrake works. Just have to plumb the lines into the diesel remote master cyl. I may even swap it out for a 1inch isuzu master while im at it.
As for geminats id be lucky to make 2019 at this rate. Theres still so many details to be finnished. I wosh o could get it sorted by next year but its hard working 6 days and having 2 little ones that arnt quite big enough to be unsupervised in the shed.

Today i did a little more work on the tray area. I cut out the bracing i had put in years ago. I still have to finnish the framework underneath but i have made a single centre hatch and reinforced all 3 sections.

I also mounted the fuel pressure reg and gauge. Still a little bit to do on the droptank.

Tanks in. Fuel in and out sorted just need to setup the breather lines and filler neck, fuel pump wiring, fuel sender wiring, mount fuel pump. Make side panels, hinge and secure battery hatch, secure battery ect
Still so much to do.
