First Car? A brick

Post by littlemick2727 »

My first car (way back in the dark ages) was a Mini Cooper S. Loved it, but unfortunately a telegraph pole like it more - so sayonara.

2nd Car? another brick.

3rd Car? A Courier Ute
4th Car? An XT station wagon
5th Car? An XT sedan that was fitted with a worked 250 crossflow. Wunnderful!
6th Car? A td Gemini Sedan
7th Car? A gh Sigma that slowly rusted into the bakcyard after 6 years.
8th Car? An EB wagon I inherited from my dad when he died in 1999. It still goes, but I gave it to my ex when we split up as he didn't have a car then.
9th car? a GK Sigma that got written off by a camper van.
10th Car? A germ wagon that my family has now outgrown, even though I love it.

10 cars in a driving history of over 28 years - that is really sad, but may be a testament to my own mechanical ability.

4th car is TE Diesel Gem - currently my project and is getting an SR20 put in :D
5th car is my daily drive which is a 5L V8 VQ Statesman

1970 mk1 ford escort, $700, barely made 100kph, I was 15, broke, so old man chipped in to help.

I wanted a TG Gem for $1500, he wouldn't fork out the extra, cost my old man more than 2k for WOF over the next year.
