New User and Unable to Get online?

Hi there.
Unfortunately the module that sends out information to reset passwords and activate accounts is broken.
I notice alot of people on facebook tend to ask for help and want things to be fixed.
Feel free to jump on here and send a request for whatever it is that needs to be done.
Also accepting any thread creators for technical articles (e.g. how to swap an alternator etc)
