IUf we are running phpbb3 , im pretty sure you can stick the template into a new thread when you open it up , pretty much forcing people to use it. , maybe there is also a location tab that must be clicked before a new thread can be entered????

I have r/h an l/h rear tx coupe rear quarters that I wish to get rid of. They are brand new an never been fitted to a car. Have genuine Isuzu part stickers sill on them an have been in storage for the last 10 years. Located near cranbourne Vic. $750 Ono for the pair feel free to come inspect.
