Kamar Engineering (custom fabrication + T/tubes + rollcages)

Kamar Engineering is a small family business owned by myself and my dad and has been running for a number of years specialising in repairs and fabrication of specialised machinery. We have a full machine facility including a new Manford 1100 centre lathe, and a Manford Bridgeport style mill, along with various grinding and drilling equipment. We also offer General welding facilities (MIG, TIG, Stick) for ferous and non ferrous metals.

*We now offer custom tube bending for rollcages etc, made from either 350mpa CDW 1020 grade mild steel, or CDW4130 chrome molly, all bends are by an approved bending machine and will meet ANDRA and CAMS regulations. Cages supplied as a kit and will need trimming to size, notching and TIG welding. please call for more information and pricing. Picture of availible work will be up soon.

*Custom exhaust manifolds (mild steel or stainless) from $450
*Custom inlet manifolds and plenums (stainless steel, alloy coming soon) from $450
*Stainless steel catch cans, surge tanks and overflow canisters from $100
*Torque tube strengthening $165 + frieght (<-Price with tube supplied by customer, if i supply a tube the price is $250
*Stainless steel fuel rails From $150
*General welding repairs $65 P/H
*disk brake rotor machining (drill blanks or machine braking surface)*
*turbocharger overhauls and hiflows (Garrett, IHI, KKK)From $550
*Turbocharger modifications (compressor cover SPL $120, turbine outlet sleeves $150, v-band adaptors $150, 360 degree thrust installs$350-$450)
*General Machining FRom $55 P/H
*stainless or mild steel Turbo flanges (T2, T3, T4, TA45, GT42/45, IHI, Mitsubishi and shcwitzer sizes availible) *
*Gemini Ladderbar Kits (suit Hilux or Commo diff)*
*Custom Rollcages (made to ANDRA or CAMS specs, either chrome moly or mild steel, will need tech inspection, From $650)
*1/2 or 3/4 chassis conversions to suit gemini (From $1000)
*sheet metal wheel tubs and floorpans (call for pricing)

will you be mobile? as ill need a ladar bar installed into my coupe in the coming few months???

do u do mod plates or able to organise modplates for this?

well i got a hilux diff ready to go.. and i dont care how its held in anymore, as long as i can get it mod plated... 4 link, 3 link, track bar, anything..

I'll get some pics up of some previous ones i have done asap. Prices vary depending on what size, desighn and fittings you want, but most of the conventional style ones i make are around $80-$100. All welds are purge welds for a better finnish inside the tank and overall durability

Mod plating is easy, still probably wont be legal tho.

if its mod plated it *is* legal.. and yes theres a guy apparantly mod plating them in qld. either way thats how im doing mine legal or not

Legal enough :lol:

Not legal tho. I know a guy that will modplate me a gemini with a 20B or a v6 conversion, I know it wont be "legal" But I'll have a mod plate for it...
