Alloy Radiators $500 Delivered BACK IN STOCK!

Post by Just Alloy Radiators »

Hey guys after checking off with mods I am jumping on here to see if there is any interest in us developing a radiator to suit Gemmi's.

I started a company called Just Alloy Radiators about 6 months ago that specialises in the manufacture, importation and distribution of high quality alloy radiators.

Wanted to throw out a potential group buy and also pick your brains as to how interchangeable the Gemi rads are between models.

To keep costs down we run with a standard design that is a down flow unit with 40mm mounting wings on the front and 20mm wings on the rear. They use a 52mm thick twin row core and the end tanks are 75mm thick. We have the same radiator cooling some pretty high HP Rotors and 1UZ twin turbo Celicas without a problem so we are sticking with this core.

We have plenty more pics on the website www dot alloyradiators dot com dot au

I was hoping to see if we can get interest for 10 at a price of $400 plus shipping and GST will see it sit around the $460 mark delivered to most of Aus. All rads carry a 2 year manufacturers warranty and we can put the outlets on to suit ANY engine.

Any additional things like temp sensor bungs will be charged extra.

Any questions please ask on here or shoot me an email at contact at alloyradiators com au or if you need an immediate response give me a call on the mobile 0400 185 679.

I hope to help keep some Gems cool soon.

Cheers
Nathan

only 1 model is different
tx has a rubber mount that is on the bottem of the radiator in the centre. and they slide in the top

tc, td, te, tf, tg
are all the same, they have tags down the side that you bolt through into the radiator support

I don't really like the standard down flow design, but if these are a definate go ahead,i'd like to see one actually made and fitted into a gemini engine bay,to see how it sits etc. (I have a mazda (RX) range radiator in my gemini and will need to upgrade,so i'd like to see how its positioned etc in the engine bay and wether i personally would have enough room to clear certain elements. Also if this is a go ahead,is it cheaper if we can pickup,as i noticed on the website you are located not far from me (Near Botany) as you are located in Mascot.Definately showing interest though..There is also alloy gemini radiators forsale on ebay at the moment through company ASI.Would like to see how these compare with each other for price/performance.My two cents...

To answer some of your questions,
The downflow is the only way I can maintain this price,I think it also looks alot better from a presentation point also. As for extra cooling,if anyone can heat one of my radiators up with a decent thermo fan attached I will refund your money.

AS for sizing,I do need to get an idea from you guys what sort of width we can go to,are you guys haveing problems clearance wise with certain engines? If so do you want me to make them a little shorter so they can be recessed forwad under the rad support? IS 52mm thick cores too much? Total width when bolted to the support panels is 75mm then add 45-55mm thermo fan width gives a total 120mm that you will need from the front support to your nearest pulley.

Pick up is no problem, infact id prefer it as It usually gives me a chance to check out some s*#t hot cars! :)

Those ASI ones look quite good for the money,I can probably buy those and retail them to you aswell if you like maybe a bit cheaper than on ebay as we do a bit of work with ASI.We can also do the same with any PWR<ADRAD<GOLPHER<KOYO<COOLING Pro rads also as we are not only a manufacturer but a distributor of other brands.

In regards to a direct comparison with the ebay ones, what engine are they made to suit? We will make ours to suit any inlet/outlet location.
12 month warranty,we offer 2 years. What happens if somthing f&*ks up? I can tell you now from experience that when it does suddenly their English becomes ALOT worse. We will weld, straighten or patch any work needed to be done.

Hope that anwsers some things, any other q's let me know guys. I would especially like some feedback about possible sizing etc.

cheers

Looks the goods  As for fitting under the radiator support panel, pm Gene FJ20DET and ask him nicely for the dimmensions on his one.

Thanks Nick,

You will see they style of one I am proposing in the green KE25, see the second set of wings on the engine bay side, that is so you can run 2X ---------------- cross braces across and mount your thermo fans to them,he decided to just punch through the core which is fine also but if you would prefer not to do that we have allocated the wings instead.
cheers
