Early & Late Centre Console Gauge Plates

Post by 155-low »

I have made up these plates for easy gauge installs into early (TX-TE)
console and (TF-TG) model auto console...

Here are some pictures of the couple I have made up ...

This is the TF-TG 1...

I have made up these angled spacer rings so the gauges can
be angled towards the driver for a clearer view...

The gauge holes are to suit 52mm/ 2inch guages. The lights in the
middle are optional...

I can supply the lights if you need, they are from Jaycar, they are
a couple of dollars each...

They are made out of 2mm aluminium sheet...

This 1 I have made for 1 of the members...

They are $45 polished posted anywhere
in Australia...
They are $35 unpolished posted anywhere
in Australia...
Spacer rings are sold in pairs.. They are $10...

Can you make up a custom offset of gauges?
Also, can you confirm that these will not fit in an Auto TF-TG console? If not, can you alter?

I'd made one up for mine, but wasn't happy with it.

All I have do is get a late model console and I will make them to suit...

The custom offsets of the gauges, do you mean laying them over towards the driver a bit, if so it is possible....

Draw up what you want and I will make it..

Sweeet!
I'll send you through a drawing. I've 2x 52mm gauges and 1x start button.
Start button closest to the driver.

I made the angled rings today, so the gauges point towards the driver and to hold the plate in at the
top. I have made the setup so the console does not have to cut or modified, using the angled ring
made this possible. The 52mm gauges are tight into the standard console witch restricted me
from angling the gauges up.

Cheers
