Interesting T-cars

Post by stock_gem »

i've compiled a bunch of strange gemini related oddities. if anyone finds something else of interest, or has information about one of these cars, do tell :D
This is the Opel K180 caravan. A very rare specimen. This is so unique that even in Argentina, only 6 left.

not sure what this one is, probably a chevy 500. if anyone can find pics of the back of one of these that'd be awesome cause i can't find any.
Image

this is definitely a chevy 500. very close in construction to custom gemini utes here.
Image

buick opel by isuzu. i don't know what's with americans and big bumper bars. must be all terrible drivers over there
Image

this is a strange one. its called the Aymesa Gala from Ecuador. it has coupe doors, and is apparently made of fibreglass.
this is possibly the only picture of it on the internet. if anyone has any more to add i'd be happy to read it
Image

a gemini with factory twin lights. theres not much i could find out about this car, only that its an isuzu sold outside of japan.

this car is amusing to look at

it looks like this car is made from the following:

an early shape body
TD gaurds
TD lower front valance panel
TE bonnet
TE grille
random corner indicators and bumper

so the daewoo maepsy is just a factory bitser

Probably posted before, buuut this is a Bedford Chevanne, also badged as a Vauxhall. Chevette front on a panel van body. Might be a possibility for people to import stuff like tail lights and fuel flaps if need be :) From what I found they all came with a 1.3L carb motor.
