Righto its been just over 2 months since the last reply.
Given people time to think about where abouts they would like to have this next year.

I thought i'd bump this and get it to the starting to sort out accomodation point.

assuming people are still interested.

Post up!

Anywhere north of Sydney would be good.
I dont see why we couldnt go back to the same place in Port.
Better to start a relationship, next year they would look after us a little better because they would see that we are serious about the meeting getting bigger and being an annual event.
All in all the place wasnt that bad, was it?

I will add - Jonno, let everybody fix their own accom but let the site know a common name so we can be kept together

if the meet is going to be held in the same place each time, then perhaps it would be a good idea to negotiate with the park, for a cheaper rate for 'pre paid' spots.
then, if people are keen, they can pre pay, earlier to the date, to secure accomodation cheaper.
this would also make the trip easier in the long run, as you would only need to work out your petty and food money.
im sure conditions like payment no less that 2 months before would be necesarry and accepted.

might not fly for next time, but the year after that and so on should be no probs at all.

Any arguements against port then??

I enjoyed going there.

Voice them now!

As it stands Port is the popular place.

But still open to suggestions.
