Kiama Apreciation Thread

Post by Andrew64 »

So, another year has passed and was a huge success.
I would like to say a big thanks to a few peeps.
Jonno - Thanks for doing the hard yards as usual.
ajs991 - Thanks for seeing the cry for help and sending Ian.
shiftyphuka (Ian) - Thanks for making the trek to supply us with food in the middle of nowhere in our hour of need.
dbart1961 - What an awesome cruise route you setup Cheers and that pub was the best.
Tezza - Thanks for making the run with Loks new fuel pump.
Also a big THANKS to everybody that did show up for behaving both in the park and on the cruise.
Same time, same place next year.
THANKS EVERYBODY

and I might add...
thanks to you Andrew64 & Leanne for supplying the alcohol! (anyone would think you were making it there! )
to ratrod66 for chasing Jonno and I for what had to be 20km after we missed a turn and were well on our way toward Bega!
to the chicks from the caravan who rocked in to drink and kept half the park awake with their shrieks and giggles.
to NSW police for not harassing us.
to RTA & SDRO for putting a dozen or more camouflaged speed camera boxes all over the cruise route!
to RICK (CAPSLOCK) LUDGATE for taking us to meet some really interesting people and places.
and to everyone who was there for the fun and incident free weekend we all made happen.

Did anyone get a pic of that security guard who kept suddenly appearing in the dark of night??

Hope some of those pics of Kerry's Group C car were good. Post some up!! Now THAT would have been a great car to do the mountain cruise in!

Yes , BIG thanks to the organisers ( meet and cruise ) and everyone for a good time , and a huge shoutout to tezza for battling 1.5 hour traffic ( usually a 10 min drive ) to grab a fuel pump and deliver it 800 odd km away!!!

And a big BOOOOOOO to all those who said they were coming and didnt...

You all had 12 months FFS!!!!

Already have ideas for next years car running around in my head.

I have to say it was a pleasure to meet like-minded friendly people. I had never been to a meet like this and didn't know what to expect. All fears disappeared as soon as I met everyone. Thanks! :D

Haha, don't worry, I was just making fun of the whole CAPLOCK thing. I put him onto a cheap keyboard supplier.

All good, just wish I had been a bit earlier on the way up so I could have dropped in on the way through for that BBQ. Due to a delayed start I didn't end up making camp till dark.
