Yeah it'd be close.

We had to re-register Amys before it lapsed :( I think I got it within a day.

Yours wouldn't have a problem passing even if you did.

An inland trip would sort all issues regarding difficult to tow areas on the coast road...
And the Entrance is pretty...
Where inland is a goer though?
Oh no i meant make a return to kiama
But the inland road we took from canberra to qld a month ago would bring us out through nowraish instread of going down a steep ass hill,

Trailer brakes work :)

On another note , i havent voted , im easy as to where we end up. I'd love an inland ( read blue mountains/great dividing range ) camp with a big ass lake. I know im the only one who wants this , so i may just pack up and go camping thru the year to get my fix.

Andrew , ive updated flash player , google maps still doesnt want to work. Turned off the ad blocker as well.

For arguements sake , is it worth calling kiama to see if there has been any mass pre-booking for easter next year, just incase the poll shows kiama is the preferred destination , and we find they are booked out.
Getting too old for this s*#t!!

I only voted return so it'd stop asking me and I could see what the poll was doing.

I'm keen for inland just needs to be somewhere exciting. Iski (heh) suggested the Grampians but I know old man Cousins wont like that.

Arguments sake sounds like an idea. It depends where we would be looking at though man.
Rolls the dice and it comes up Kiama (REMEMBERING THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO GO TO KIAMA IT'S JUST BEEN SUGGESTED BY A FEW PEOPLE BEFORE) do we call old mates where we stayed last time and see how that goes?

Call anon as a group booking and see what they say? Kendalls beach was the joint from memory

Now that I have a couple of drinks under my belt:
Two Shores has Coles 5 mins up the road, cinema, supercheap 15 mins away in fact everything at stones throw gokarts etc.
Kiama if I remember had a 1 hour or further drive to supercheap and we didnt even try to find a supermarket let alone anything else.
And Sam, really, nobodys going hunting during Gemini Nats.
Then we get to the driving thing, 13 hours none stop home to Two Shore for us, how long for the Melbourne crew?
In actual fact being number 10 we should be going back where it all started, Port was nice.

Sorta not really.

Coles is the same distance as in Kiama. Only pain is driving you have to go up the hill then over.
The Entrance is over the bridge and up through town

Cinema and Supercheap where in Tuggerah about 20mins from the van park.
Shell harbour had the above and about hte same time.

I agree with the hunting bit. Gregs always keen on fishing so is Amy.

Go karts eh no one really looked into it at Kiama. Go karts were an hour and a bit in Newcastle.

Gregs to the Entrance is 11 hours direct by the looks of things. He's the furthest driving from Melbourne.

I know this isn't really helpful haha!
But i'm happy to travel anywhere. an extra 2 hours when you have to travel 13+ anyway doesn't really matter, it's still a long ass adventure :P
A Bonfire would be cool though.

Next year i'll be coming down, out and around up the coast rather than cutting straight across. so the drive is extended regardless
Lok's idea of a big ass lake is pretty cool. Anything scenic is awesome.
did i mention fire? is camping without a fire really camping at all? ;)

I've never really been anywhere so i can't really dish out helpful or exciting ideas, Sorry bro, I'll have a bit of a google or something?
Two Shores was awesome though granted I've only been there for 2 days.

Martin was telling me about some sweet hilly cruise route you guys all went on sometime where you's all waited for him and his mate to go back up and do another run and the roads were all fairly new, That place sounds cool

Anything is awesome. I'll just be glad to be apart of it :D

I keep meaning to put this up.

This is me contacting MDTC about a potential track day.

The hillclimb has traditionally been organised (and forever grateful) by Bill. It's usually on the Saturday of the Nationals.

Judging by pricing etc we'd still probably stick with this. I know a lot of people travel up over the public holidays so we won't look there (it's also $300 more expensive to hire the track)

I've had about 30 people over the weekend/last few months/year ask me for a full track day or some sort of track related event.

DEPENDANT on the amount of people who are interested & willing to pay the entry is about 150$ for 25-30 entrants. The more the cheaper but I'd like to keep it as close to 30 as possible.

Ooh add licencing to that if you're like me and don't have a current CAMS L2S licence

MDTC Track Licence per driver (Valid 12 months) for all participants who do not present a Minimum of a L2S valid CAMS competition licence.
(L2NS and AASA Licences NOT Accepted)

$40.00.

The time to get to Marulan from The Entrance probably outweighs the need to go there. It's about 3 hours judging by google maps and that's a bit much really.
If it was to go back to The Entrance I might pester Bill and see if the MG club will help us out and CAMS leave their fuckwittery behind.

The track from Kiama and that side of Sydney is about 1hour 30mins. I feel that Wakefield is too far for this purpose also.

PLEASE EOI as if you were paying the $140 entry fee.

Their conditions state that they require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

I've also looked into skid pan at Eastern Creek. The prices there are ahum...

Bit extreme. Comparatively speaking it'd be cheaper for us to all drive to Canberra hit up the skid pan here then head home. (2 1/2hour drive)
Skid pan at home is $130 to get on in Sydney $180 PLUS licencing...
