okk as for the trim it was dead easy, and cost very little, anyone with a pair or scissors a blade and tinsnips could do it,in less than 5 hours which is what it took me and im no trimmer just do basic stuff here and there.

but i could write a detailed description up if its wanted step by step, easy as,im just not sure were to write it without getting flamed though!!you need to tread lightly on here

60 foot 1.8
330 foot 5.4
660 foot 8.3
1000 foot 10.7
ET 12.65 114.9 MPH :)

the start kills me,god knows how u ran 11.6 on azenis anything over 5000 fry city anything under, dead donkey nothing,i still think low 12s on street tyres is achievable

i also ran a 12.69 with a 2.0 60 foot just have to tie all these good points together its picking up 29 MPH from half track to the finish which is good but i need to get to half track going around 90mph i think.

1.8 is very good 60ft on street tires but you should have gone faster than 12.65 if you ran 12.69 with a 2 sec 60ft??? with that mph you should go around 11.9-12.2 with a 1.8 60ft. Did it break traction changing gears or miss a gear or something?

What street tires did you end up running?
What pressure did you have in them and how did you warm them up?

My 11.66 was a bit of good luck and with a manual on street tyres is not very repeatable, i ran a 1.700 60ft but most of my launches are around the 2 sec mark.

ok just looking at the time slips here
these are the two slips side by side

60foot 2.030 1.869
330foot 5.539 5.464
half trrack 8.374 8.332
half mph 86.93 86.06
1000 ft 10.725 10.703
et 12.675 12.667
mph 114.98 113.30

so there u have it im not sure what it all means but im going to press on till i get down there all the runs were on 17 psi and i didnt miss many gears all night to my suprise but i may have hit the limiter before the line coz of my 4.4 ratio and i couldnt change the rev limiter as i didnt have a handset

and i just ran the falken 205/40/17 on 20 psi which were impossible to launch i found myself chasing most cars down in third and forth, all done with a smile ;)
seriously im very happy ,first time ive raced the car in its current setup no slicks, low boost, pump fuel and lot more potential when i get the hang of driving it to the half track better, u got to be happy with that:)

rob ive been racking my brain trying to figure out how to run quiker to the half track on these s%*tty street tyres,i looked at ur time slip right next to mine and you would blow my doors off till half track.

r0b jase
60 1.700 60 1.869

330 4.833 330 5.464

half 7.447 half 8.332

mph 94.33 mph 86.06

1000 9.721 1000 10.703

et 11.663 et 12.667

mph 115.74 mph 114.98

the guy that tunes my car said yesterday that i was picking up excellent mPH from half to the end but its dead from the start till there, you would not think that would be that case with 4.4 ratio but my driving probably had something to do with it.
he said also with the power im making i should be running 95mph to half track and 120mph at the end, thats a full 10 mph quicker to half track but you did it on street tyres so i guess ill aim for somewherein the 90mph region and see how it affects the times.

put stock 13inch wheels on the back with as wide of a tyre as u can and run like 10/15psi in each.
should be alot easyer to launch
