Awesome work mate, Love seeing the Gem give a 180 grands worth of R35 a run for its money, that must piss them off so badly. Looking forward to seeing what it will do caged.

You should be pretty happy with that power figure coxy. That is good for a low 10 or even a high 9 down the straight. Good luck at Jambo.

i'll be running about 18 or 19 at Jambo, so i dont run under 11.00!

yeah mate i put all the braided lines in before i got it on the road so that's the biggest bastard job done at least. just need the andra cage, scattershield and tailshaft loop, i'm hoping my tax return will pay for the cage at least..

hope to do you guys proud, just dont want to get booted off too early haha!

and cheers susgem :)

yeah i still say they're a really good base. equal piston spacing so you have plenty of meat between cylinders, forged steel crank standard, nicely webbed block, shorter block and crank than a G series, belt drive cam which is very easy to work on, and you can adjust cam timing without pulling half the motor apart to do it..

thats another thing, havnt touched the cam timing yet!

These motors have huge power potential.
