you can get high gloss, semi gloss and satin clearsScR01 wrote:clear will make it shiny. well at least a semi-gloss. you know this yeah?matt_parish wrote:going to give it another coat Wednesday next week.
then chuck some clear over the top hopfully.
All done by a spray can
cost me $50 haha
and it's all going to start falling off in a month or less.
thought you of all people would know that
yeah, but he is going to be using a spray can (enamel)
you ever used enamel clear?
it comes out like s*#t.
looks really dry, and stays sticky for a fair while.
not to mention that it's going to be hard to get build with, because there is f*#k all pressure in the can, so he will be flogging it on and in vic it's freezing.
all of which will make it run big time.
good luck, im interested to see this.

ya can get a clip on thing to go on a spray can that turns it like a spray gun, so not to bad really. haha.
got dress rings on it all round now, got some chrome nuts from autocrap but they where the wrong size.
not 100% sure about clean just yet, and the paints just temp cos i was sick of looking at the faded red. found out a guy that comes into work has a spray booth setup in his garage and said i can use it when i need to. so think im going to try get it abit straighter then start again.

cheers man.
ah its pretty bad in one spot. as my fuel cap seem'd to fail or something.. fuel was pissing out while i was driving around, so now theres a big red patch new the fuel hole.
going to give it another coat on Wednesday morning tho, should spruse it up a little.
Still trying to find some chrome wheel nuts for it tho. Bein a pain in the arse!
