Ok so you guys could'nt tell in pics but i needed a respray and some dents fixed . My bonnet looked like it had been painted with a roller and had heaps of dents , and the drivers side was cursed .
The fuel tank mouth was damaged so fuel was leaking damaging my paint work , it got keyed in a carpark once and to finish it off i reversed back with my door open in my carport (stupidly) hitting a post and snapping my check strap, bending my door back , denting my panel and door in the process ..
so i stripped it down to a shell / drivetrain over a few days.
You can just see it here , the dent is under the yellow spot on the door , if you look close you can see the scratches
This was the worst part for rust on the whole shell
Window frames are still very good
Footwells are mint
Bootpan is good

After about 10 days i got the shell back from my friends shop ready for the refit . Few pics from the shop
First main job was getting windscreens in and my new roof lining installed , with some help from Clint (PSIGEM) we got them in , saving a lot of money in the process . The roof lining was a piece of cake .
First failure of the refit was when i tried to close the LH window with the tight new rubbers
Decided to paint my taillights and garnish to match the body , the chrome was just masked up.
Scored a set of 16" Simmons so i chucked them on for a look . Plan to get them painted in gloss black one day and more low
2nd fail was when i tried to fit the flat piece of SLE chrome it was bent slowly upward on each end like a banana and needs to be repaired ,so i had to leave this off ,also my temp window is pretty dodge , but i can drive it now at least
Windscreen locking strips still to fit
Still haven't quite finished , few things missing here and there and my stereo and dash wiring are a not connected right and the heater fan isnt working either so the dash has to come back out .. Pretty stoked with it though , was stripped , resprayed and back on the road in under a month

Man that looks good! Love what you've done with the rear garnish. Gotta say I like your black wheels better though.
