Finally after a year of looking at Coupes , Petes Couped Up became available ..
It made much more sense buying his car rather than spending more money building up a rusty hack ... Pete has looked after this baby for a fair while now and built up a Very Neat and Clean ride - just how i like it ..

The '77 TC Coupe Runs a Stock 1.6L motor with Piazza Injection and Turbo with a Microtech MT-4 ECU.. Theres a slight miss in the motor at mid RPM under boost , but Pete Has been Kind enough to Supply me with A 2.0L Short motor ready to Build.. The beast can be Cruised around fine as is , but the Plan is to swap out the Motor For a Built G200Z asap . Big thanks must go to Pete For letting his baby go , and i swear to look after it Bud..

forgot to ask before but do you have any idea what kind of power it makes, ive got everything here to do a similar setup..

Coupe has a Broken ring land or something so it stutters under boost sometimes , It feels good when it doesnt miss.. And i guess be between 120 and 150RWHP

It has Low Boost set at 4psi and High at 9-10.. Piazza Pete (previous owner) setup the Rear demister switch to flick between them , so if the blue light on the dash is on you know your on high boost , neat huh ?

dude my mates rexy used to bog up and stutter coming on boost sometimes it would rip, others not so much turned out 2 be a coil pack shiting the dick again. just an idea too look at.

love the conversion it looks so neat like it was ment 2 be there

my money would be on the ignition setup missfireing, i once had an mt-4 was nothing but trouble, fuel only sux, save up and get a better managment system, you will make more power and better drivability.

love the car, was this the one that was spray with and airless spraygun? i remember seeing a thread about a coupe oneday that was.
