thanks bro
anyways, here's something else i knocked up today that may be of some use to others.
.gif for your enjoyment-
as you can see, my clock's an idiot.
i've got like 3 and best one begs for a floggin to tell me the time.
searched around in my crap and found a clock out of a '87 hilux. plugs straight in, and works perfectly in the gem. even dims when you turn the headlights on and everything
heres a little runthrough if your interested...
get yer blank panel and cut out around the lines in it like so
neat'n him up a little
the clock, cut the brackets off the sides so it'll fit
all i did to stick it in there was get the original radio bracket, cut in half and use it to clamp the clock in place. works much better than i expected and i cant get it to budge from the outside
looks pretty good when its finished, and it's actually reliable
what do ya reckon? yay or nay?

i rig up something stupid for the gem
i have orange parkers now. interesting look i think, and i've never seen it before on a TG. also kinda makes my headlights look whiter
and just something because i can

Coming soon:
Bonnet struts
Central locking
Footwell lights
I'll probably get to knock over the central locking in a week or so. Can't wait! God, it's been pissing me off not having it
