hey mate thats a really nice classy colour! it looks good when people stick to factory the car looks clean. im in the middle of doing an efi turbo g200z myself.. having some troubles keeping the temps down tho.. looks like you got it sorted with that big radiator tho mines just a petrol one 3-cored with no thermos!

Thanks man .. the problem with geminis is the fan is to small its too far from the Radiator and theres no shroud to direct the air .. I think 5 blade fans came on Air con Gems .. i sourced a bigger better fan and shroud but wouldnt fit because of my custom air con gear Then i went Thermo .. But i smashed all that up with the condensor ..So next is mounting My Ebay Rad New Thermo

For most Gems without Air con or Intercoolers buy of Rad off Ebay , Mount a 14" thermo in the front and she'll be cold as .. but im guessin your intercoooler in the way , so space ya rad as close to motor as you can and downsize your cooler

Im using a small Supra cooler

yeah my cooler blocks out alot of the airflow... its about as small as i wanna go aswell... once i fit the new efi and computer ill move my battery to the boot re-route my pipework and stick a bigger rad in... hopefully it fixes it! i just heard g200's have a tendancy to getting a little warm when boosted!
