Holy s*#t hes still alive!
So photobucket did a backflip and allowed previously hosted photos to still be displayed on phbb forums. Either way the c*#nts can still eat dicks; i strongly recommend finding another filehost. You can technically upload photos here but its r-e-a-l-l-y clunky and weve been nagging merv and gene about it for ages but uh no answer.
Careful mate sounds like scope creep is setting in, at this rate itll never get done LOL

Hey Nick!
Yep still here just, arrrr ok that makes sense why you can still view some of the pics.
Yeah i will still have to create a new photo hosting account somewhere.
Another few years have got added onto this build now yes!
The goalposts keep moving & moving.
Well the rear suspension is nearly complete (just need to finally mount the Watts Link towers)
The exhaust system is done to the rear of the gearbox.
Almost finished the dry sump oil pan on the engine.
All of the radiator & oil coolers are done, engine mounts are done.
Front suspension is getting attended to at the moment, its has an Escort crossmember mounted
up with Escort steering rack, Escort lower arms & compression struts.
Speaking of scope creep is your Twin Cam engine turning over yet?

Re: TD Coupe Twin Cam Rally Car
I know the feeling sadly. Pretty keen to see your progress though, your fab work is on another level and interested to see how you went with the watts link as i may add that to new shell.
Unfortunately have done not much with it apart from get some cams made up and acquire bits and pieces for it. Actually contemplating selling it at the moment; 2 kids, 2 different houses, a career change and the car it was meant to go into getting written off means ive lost the love for it a bit and im just way to time poor. Cant see myself having the time to actually physically get stuff done on it, chase parts up etc while i still have to rebuild the new shell. That, and I think i went a bit too far the wrong way with the build; I need to be able to use it and take the family out with it and i think itll just be too highly strung to do that. Wifes trying to convince me not to sell it but well see what happens. Nearly sold the lot after the sedan got written off and bought an E36 M3; somehow she won that battled and convinced me not to lol

Smithy!
Good to see you're still making progress. Good work.
What coils are you using on the twin cam?
Cheers
