Man that thing had rust in some weird spots!

About your stickers, you might need to ask around a bit as i dont think hes on much at all any more [but someone might know how to get a hold of him] but PF60 Kev had a late model Gypsy panno...same red, in pristine condition. He might be able to take some pics of the decals for ya.

Ok dudes its time to get this thread back on track . Its painted now and im putting it together so I will smash the rest of the rust repair pictures up first.

The first repair for the 3rd panelbeater was the roof. I had not planned on revisting the roof but he showed me how bad the sunroof patch actually was , It was going to need a lot of bog , too much ...

I was a dumb c*#t and when the panel shop said It only needed a skim of bog I believed them .
Once shown by someone who knows you can see the patch they used to fill the hole was flat. the roof is not flat .........
You can see it here :

So i had the car picked up by Domenic (Multiple Gemini owner) and he took over in June 2015 . We shall call him GURU from now on in this thread .
He unpicked the roof off his own rusted out yellow Gypsy and like the master he is welded it back onto mine ..

The other door was next which had the exact same problem , Its strange , I had 8 van doors here and none of them had rust in this spot .. Just my luck None of them were better condition than the ones on the Gypsy when I bought it either , Once i found that out I had a fire sale on van doors , which Big Gem and Mark happily obliged.

I also noticed some doors have the pressed shape thing and some dont ..
Ok , time for more photos of the metal master Guru at work .
