As it turns out, making a delco do closed loop boost control isn't very easy. So instead, I did some skids.

Went out to Raleigh to compete and managed to come home with second place. I'm cheerin'. The battle for first starts at 3:00

Top effort. Engine sounds so much better now!

Any idea how much castor you are running up front?

Thanks! I've been working hard at it and I'm hoping to start tangling with the Raleigh pros next year. :D

The front end is mostly standard, with some slip on lock spacers, Koni yellows, and king spring superlows. Standard castor, camber is just maxxed out on the upper ball joint (not slotted yet. I have things in the works for that), and standard swaybar.

Thank you! I really want to get a 3.7 or a 4.1 in there so I don't need to dance through the gears as much, but the gemini diff is a bit restrictive as far as ratio choice...
PS If you have done anything with a MAC solenoid on delco I'm interested to see what you came up with.

Diesel gearbox and or diff would fix that....

Silly question, the diesel center (read: not including crown wheel) and the petrol center, are they different? I have a romac spool here and if I could put the diesel crown wheel on it I'd be laughing.

Yep unfortunately different

Much more akin to the piazza LSD centre - crown wheel's not interchangeable unfortunately otherwise I would've done it for my setup

Went out to Archerfield and put my car into a wall. Also did a few skids while I was there.

No not yet, but VL400 is I think, I'm waiting for his results, and also building the car/motor for use with it still!

I said 'f*#k it' and bought a standalone boost controller for it. Maybe one day I'll have it working on delco, but that won't be today haha

It was quite wet this weekend. I need some wider tyres so I can get some grip! It was like drifting in slowmo.
The new head sounds good though, just a bit of a shame that I didn't get to see if it went any faster haha
