Got some new wheels the other day.
15x8 +10 offset.
I've fitted 165/75/15's, stretched them on and it turned out pretty cool.

i'd say much wider tyres and you'll be having issues with rubbing anyways !!
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!!

Can't go any wider( plus I don't want to ), rolled the lips in the rear yesterday, only massive bumps, just causes the slightest of rubbing.
Will be using rear commodore springs from VH VK etc...
And shorter shockers...
Then it will be stiff as f*#k and no dramas.
Can go full lock left and right without issues..
No front rubbing at all..
( not low enough at the moment ) lol
