Have chipped back and buffed the back area, paint stripped and swapped 3x sets of tail lights, swapped out tail light lenses to pick the best ones, mucked around with the wiring until it all worked, and fitted everything up. plus made a number plate bracket.
the bars need some serious work, with a few bumper sticker stains LOL.

Looks so clean. Reassembling a car after fresh paint is so satisfying.

Hey, not rechromed, just sorted through 3x sets, and paint stripped everything, took a looooong time LOL.

I believe they can be redone at Enware at Caringbah NSW.

Front end.

All the bits repainted, reassembled bars fitted.

I have 2x sets of bars, none of which are really any good.
They will need to be rechromed one day.

Roof lining is in.
the rear quarter sections are joined to the roof section, instead of being separate trims, and then the A & B pillars also trimmed as far down as could work.

Its all coming together, doors are put together minus the trims, rear screen is in,

rear screen rubber is a Rare spares one which fitted up nice and quick.
the front one was a New old car company, and is now in the bin. a total waste of money.
gonne buy a Rare spares one and have another go.

Body is all assembled, console refurbished, got a set of Import gauges, and a factory Radio.
All going in and test fitting everything to get working.
Ordering Carpet soon too LOL.
Trying to get it on the road for the 2020 Gem Nationals!!!

Factory carb has heaps of play in the throttle shaft, its not running very well, going to do some test drives, but I think its time for my Webers.
