Thought I would document what I do to my Gemini Wagon I just bought. Most won't learn a single thing from me, but if you see me doing something wrong or stupid, sing out and I might learn from you
Originally bought a sedan, but decided I wanted a wagon, so sold the sedan quickly when this one came up. As most know, wagons are few are far between, so me being in Canberra had few options. This one came up in Adelaide, I paid a mobile inspection guy to give it a once over, ticked that box so organised a car courier to deliver to Sydney for me. $600- later and I'm on a train to Sydney to pick it up. 95kmh (instead of the speed limit 110) made for a long trip but I didn't want to push a 41 yo car I didn't know. Anyway, made it back no issues at all.
Anyway, this is how I bought it: 1980 TE Station Wagon. Firethorn Red, Vinyl interior. 13" Alloy rims. Pretty much stock standard. Oh, and 562,000km on the clock!

Re: Lil' Reg Wagon
Immediate plans are to get it to pass rego. I think all it will need is rust repairs and the rear seat belts fall apart due to the plastic clips being broken, so hopefully that is a quick fix and easy pass.
Future plans.... dunno. I have some Simmons V4s that I'll restore, so they'll be going on, maybe paint them silver, lower it a bit, see where we go from there.

Bloody transport companies! They've backed into something, or they've backed something into me. A nuisance, but approval t buy new stuff was pretty easy to get. New bumper and new rubber strip ordered. Rubber strip was probably salvageable, but may aswell get a new one if I can
