Sounds a bit like my old VP Calais - sold with just on 375,000ks and at that age the transmission finally STARTED slipping...

What y'all sayin? These things are reliable?? I honestly know nothing about commies, and I'm not going looking.
What kind of symptoms would it display if it were cracking? Theres no chance of my tearing circles in the thing. It's just not the sort of car that encourages me to sink the boot. Cruiser..

Wait till you drive it in the rain...youll be suprised how nimble/controllable/easy they are to swing given their size.

Symptoms are un-even camber wear on the rear end, along with abit of clunking.

Now, granted your towing with it so itll show some form of camber wear, i mean one wheel shows more neg camber then the other.

If it hasnt had it done already, go get the VX lower camber links fitted - helps with the wear abit.
