this is my new project,
1985 Nissan Bluebird TRX

this is what the start of the project looked like:
Image
picked it up how it looks there for a measly $400 with a set of 18" Lenso's and exhaust and some alpine gear....

then i proceeded to put a bit of a kit on it:

all was good, had 7" indash screen, dvd player, Rockford Splits all round and two Alpine Type R 12"s in boot.
Then some idiot decided my car needed a new front end

About 8 weeks later i've got off my arse and this the new and improved project!!!

Suspension Mods:
okay, none of the suspension is in yet but i have stockpiled it all in the garage ready to put in, engine was priority:
Pedders 2" lower springs all round (converting to coilovers in March next year)
Monroe Shocks
Whiteline 22mm front swaybar
Whiteline ??mm rear swaybar
Whiteline front strut brace
Nolathane bushes all round

was going to upgrade to slotted rotor on front but might wait and put r32 4 spots on front..dont know yet

No CA20 for me! sh*t motor they are, go the old school L20B!
Engine Mods:
Stage 3 Datrally cam, larger valves, double valve springs, port & polish, overbore with larger flat top pistons (dont know displacement yet), Twin SU's, electronic dizzy, Bosch GT40 pacemakers extractors with 2.5" exhaust through to a lukey muffler.

just ask someone to make one that looks pretty much the same and then paint it in the same colour. 9 out of 10 youngins wouldnt know the difference. theyd probably believe it was furys old car
