I have no other photos , but i think andrew and tom do.

12 months later and he hits a roo on way home from work.

front guard , front valance damaged also front bumper bar.

Image

replacement guard was taken back to bare metal to find it in perfect condition , bar some rust on the lower section , which was cut off the original guard and welded onto the new one.

original paint had alot of simple things masked up.

Dont get me wrong, the car looks great. But isnt it easier to remove the taillights than to mask them properly? I'm only asking because you commented about simple things being masked and I would consider taillights simple to remove.

2 blokes 3 days 1 gemini who needs overhaulin?
As for removing tailights its much of a muchness, you still need to mask the big whole left once you remove them so may as well mask them up, but it also depends on what kind of job your doing, this was a quick blow over with very limited time
I look forward to seeing some good pics of it at the nationals

It will be nice to see some pics in the sun, as andrew said the sun was shining when we unmasked and reassembled it and as we started it up the clouds rolled in,
Atleast it has a decent coat of paint on it now, we could have gone way overboard but we didnt have the time or energy, but the paint is way better then it had on it before to say the least

Naaa , is all good.. its more of a repair showing than an actual writeup of the car.

Is it the blue to green prizmatech or rainbow?

I'll be sure to let the guy who painted it previously know you thought his work was no good too 'crazy' As in all trades you get what you pay for. I thought it was good for the budget given to him.
