the kadett is finaly drivable 8-)needs a few finishing off jobs but it drives 8-) 8-)
unfortunatly i missed getting the MOT done in time for wheels day(first show in our show season) but its all booked in for saturday :D

its not entirely sorted as i still have few small probs to sort out i keep selecting 3rd gear on pull away due to the shifter remote braking the first time i used it in anger ::) so that will need beefing up and the alternator isn't charging properly but not to bad for a first time out 8-)

cheers Zep yeah not been on here for a while been buzy sorting my other daily and the van. i'm well happy to have got the feature in retro cars.
do you get the mag over there ?
i unfortunatly need to sell the kadett now to finance the next project but i will no doubt build another at some point, absalutly no regrets on this little car great fun to drive and it goes like a bat outta hell 8) :lol: :lol:

back from the dead well from the workshop anyways sold the old kadett on still keep in touch with the guy who brought it and still keep a hand in doing stuff on it for him so all's good there . i also got the van finished i'll post a few pics and a little video clip for those interested i'm currently working on a new isuzu 4Z powered project a 1955 ford 100e anglia should be fun once done 8)
