well a bit of an exciting update.

bought a little turbo for this so im gonna have a go at forced induction. so far ive sorted a location for oil feed. will need to drill into a gallery in the head and tap an earl fitting in. for the return it will be plumbed into the oil fill location.
as for fuel ive mounted an ammunition box where the air box used to be so im going to mount an external fuel pump and regulator in there.
other then that i just need to plumb it all up.
will post pics tomorrow.

any moto heads have suggestions for fuel pump. im guessing the boost levels wont be over 6 or 7 psi so will only need 7psi pump.

Better idea just put boost pressure into the fueltank via a small hose this means that fuell will still flow into carb as normal.
Lots easier than trying to run all the fuel pump stuff

You will have to make the fuel tank airtight though so it holds pressure

hmm, if the fuel was low say 1/4 of a tank thats 4ltrs of air the turbo needs to pump in there before its a boost pressure. wouldnt it just create lag.

hi mate i already turbod a postie used a suzuki capacino turbo on alki and a sneaky pete 25hp shot of gas you dont need to run a fuel pump. i put the carb in front of the turbo and drilled the jets out i think the main i drilled 1.5mm and the idle .8mm for methonol and 1mm main for petrol.it made 6psi boost and 10psi on the gas i have some pics of it somewhere ill try and find them

i didnt plumb it i gravity feed the oil using thin oil it wasnt very eficent but it worked it was very funny passing traffic at 130 on a postie.i really liked it the best with just the nitrous and the methanol i would hit that thing everywere use a full size car bottle in one arvo mounted on the rack lol

how do you go about dealing with a boosted crank case? would it not slow/stop the piston from coming down on power stroke?

some engines have the air/fuel mixture run through them into the cylinder..
