Picked up this car today, a deceased estate one owner, even have full deposit and receipts from when purchased new, even has the receipts for the cassette player for $132, came with a full A4 envelope full of every single receipt spent on the car, WELL looked after and plan on keeping it that way, has ZERO rust in it, unreal score.
Was actually really lucky, i door knocked and asked if they wanted to sell it, just so happened to be they said yes, it was only in the drive way as they had just put air in the tyres and put new fuel in it, has been garaged all its life minus the last 4 years (hence the faded paint) would come up like new with a buff but had dings in each corner of the car.

Was thinking of getting it registered again (previous owner cashed the rego in) with the engine thats in it. but would like to eventually put a 13B into it like my old one i used to own.

What do use think?
Im stoked.

NEVER selling this one...no chance...

yep, its an old rwd lancer, and the reason why i want to put a rotary in it is because its in such good condition.

its already got a weber on it at the moment but thats not good enough for me as the engine is still only the stock (but bored out) 1.4L
The owner got it rebuilt at some stage with bigger pistons etc. got the reciepts for it too... alot of work went into it for when it was done.
