they are polished alloy (shiny silver ). (14")
And the drums and callpiers are chevy orange, member to get that on there is what makes it, and the center cap dots inside are the same orange colour. for effect

i actually originally wanted people to do their own
you need macromedia fireworks to make it transparent (i think, it's been a while )
my computer i do these on is in the shop getting fixed, and it'll be a while, so i can't help anyone with them for now.
btw, seeing how your background is black from copying and pasting one of the transparent ones into paint, its a lot harder now to fix it and make it transparent.
do you mean the white strip on the sill? that's meant to be the chrome trim the goes there
