Ok!

So after deep discussion with many parties Gemini Nationals 10 Venue has been decided.

Due to the overwhelming amount of people keen for a track day and somewhere newish we've put together something that should satisfy almost everyone.

Welcome to Gemini Nationals TEN!!!

So far we've pretty much nailed down the Track Day. I'm receiving payments left right and centre so that is happening > viewtopic.php?f=54&t=48527
This is open to all Gemini, Isuzu, friends & family and not limited to just Geminis. We've got a Datsun coming for example.
Long and short of that is it's $100 deposit for a $215 entry fee + $40 licence if you need it.
See > http://www.mdtc.com.au/tracks/race-circuit/

Accommodation is even sorted! (Willsy did a lot of running around for this so thanks for that!)

The difference with this one is there's no 'grace period' unfortunately the way this one works is you need to put down deposits ASAP. $50 is required on booking and the rest can be paid over time.

50% to be paid 3months prior to check in.

So it breaks down as follows

2 People per powered site.

Weds 28th- $45
Thursday thru Sunday (4 day minimum) - $70per night 2 adults
Monday is a FLAT RATE of $25

Tuesday 4th - $45
So lwe only ( T F S S)=$280
a Thursday to Monday stay is $305
Thursday to Tuesday is $350
Full 7 days is $395

Kids are $15 per night Thursday thru Sunday

Short walk to the beach (minute by foot if I recall)
She has placed us close to showers, games etc and organised it so we can have the cabins almost directly opposite the powered sites

I know people are booking already so we are pretty much right to go.

Contact 7 Mile Beach Kiama on (02) 4234 1340 Should be under Michael Wills or something.

For your information: http://www.kiamacoast.com.au/seven-mile ... iday-park/

Questions and concerns post below.

Will be a Nice Time.

Okie dokie
So i haven't made the group booking as yet
They require names to allocate sites
If everybody could post their names below if you are 100% wanting to get a site or cabin and the number of days you are planning for
I will make the booking and then let jonno know so he can edit original post with the final date to get your deposit in by
Please and thankyou
Bit more screwing around at the start but will save us the usual confusion at check-in

IT'S ON B#TCHES!
BOOKED AND TAKING DEPOSITS NOW
We have 10 sites booked with 2 on hold for us
14days to pay your booking deposit of 50bux, 27th of may is your cutoff
If everybody could send me an inbox with their site number (ask what it is when you book) that will be mighty helpful with things my end.
PLEASE MY SURE YOU CONFIRM YOUR DATES WITH THEM WHEN YOU ARE BOOKING THE SITE!!
VERY IMPORTANT, LAST THING YOU WANT IS TO ARRIVE AND FIND SOME HIPPIE IN AN ECONOVAN ON YOUR SPOT CAUSE YOUR BOOKING WAS A DAY OUT IN EITHER DIRECTION!!
Easter dates are:
March 28th Wednesday
March 29th Thursday
March 30th Friday
March 31st Saturday
April 1st Sunday(cant wait to see what antics we come up with)
April 2nd Monday
April 3rd Tuesday
Apri 4th Wednesday

Just tell them what day you'll arrive and what day you'll leave and let them do the math if you like.

If you go to http://www.kiamacoast.com.au/seven-mile ... iday-park/
Scroll down to accommodation
Click the beachside map
Our sites are: 1 2 3 4 5 6 40 42 43 43a and 41 44 as spares
Cabins are already allocated to those who expressed interest
They are:
Kingfisher
Albertros
Fairy penguin (got jonnos name all over it lol!)
Pelican and sunfish
If you invite you sisters brothers cousins uncle along they will have to ring the site and see if there are more sites available as it just isnt feasible this time to have a few dozen on hold.

I think ive covered everything
Cheers

Good stuff Eli!

I meant to reply to this the other day.

You just need to fix up your track day deposit and we are gravy ;)
