Some details of my gem, which i've had for 5 years now and have personally rebuilt from the ground up (Including bodywork, all entire stereo install and all other modifications)

Vehicle Details:
Make/Model: 1980 Holden Gemini

Wheels/Suspension: 17x7 Vault Crystal, 205/40/R17 Nangkang Sport NSII white-walled tyres, Superlow King Springs (rear), Low King Springs (front), KYB shock absorbers, H/D adjustable panhard rod, H/D front swaybar, Noalthane bushes

Engine: Isuzu 1.6l, Ported and polished head, Oversized valves, Cam regrind, 32/36 Weber carby, Rebuilt and balanced bottom end, Oversized pistons, Lightened flywheel, H/D clutch, Bosch fuel pump, Electronic ignition, 4-2-1 extractors, 2 1/4 inch exhaust. (65rwkw)

Body: Full respray in Ford Blueprint with purple pearl in the clear, Tinted Windows, Tinted taillights, Solex Locks, Clear side indicators, Removable sunroof; Chromed mirrors, wipers, fuel flaps, front grille and engine bay parts

Interior: Full custom interior - Re-trimmed in black velvet with yellow piping, Yellow colour coding, Black carpet and underlay, Black felt hood lining, Chrome and yellow sports pedals/gear knob, Yellow/black leather sports steering wheel, Yellow leather gear stick/handbrake boot, Blue neon highlighting; Specometer 5” shiftlight tacho, volt, oil pressure and boost/vacuum gauges

System Description:
H/U: Pioneer Premier 8650mp

Front Stage: Hertz 3 way (HV200L 8” midbass, HM1000 4.5” midrange, HT25 Tweeter)
Front Stage Amp: Soundstream Picasso 4x110 (2x440)

Ambient Setup: Hertz HT20 Tweeters
Ambient Amp: Alpine MRP T-130 2x90 (Shared with Rears)

Rear Stage: Hertz ESK-165 6” splits
Rear Stage Amp: Alpine MRP T-130 2x90 (Shared with Ambients)

Subbass: DD 3512d, 1.8cuft each tuned to 40hz
Sub Amp: Crossfire VR1000d (1400wrms @ 0.5ohm)

A/V System: 120gb HDD player, 7” Lilliput VGA TFT screen (fully removable from dash mount), 8” Viscom flip down boot mounted screen

Power: 2ga power cable, Orbital 750CCA Deep Cycle Battery, Gold plated battery terminals with digital display, 120 amp fuse, 1F Capacitor, 80amp circuit breaker to isolate capacitor, 120amp Mitsubishi alternator

Other: Boot, all doors and floor sound deadened with G-Spot Serenity Max, Illuminated ‘Crossfire’ etching on amp rack perspex, CCFL/Neons throughout, 3 x 80mm LED fans (2 in amp rack, 1 in glove box), embossed ‘Hertz’ on door pods, stenciled “Gemini’ on speaker grilles, ‘Gemini’ stitching on rear pod

There is a few more things that have been added that i don't have pics of yet.

Some update pics from Easternats 2006, where I took out the Best 4 Cylinder in the Show and Shine, and First Place in the Sound Quailty competiton from the 1000-2000 watt class.

Here are some pics of my custom Iraggi alternator (200amps - 100 amps @ idle!!) Was a bitch to fit but got there in the end. Note the custom machined underdrive pulley.....

Wow. Just wow. Talk about attention to detail! Very nice mate. Love that interior... and I'm lost for words when I saw your wheels. Chrome in all the right places. Flippin perfect gemini mate!

Cheers mate, as you might have seen in my description i got some more stuff chromed which aren't in the pics - the fuel flaps, wipers and wiper arms and all the window and bonnet trim. will get update pics soon

It's a boost/vac gauge, and it's a sign of things to come. Vac gauges are actually really usefull for tuning na carby engines too........
