They are progressive rate springs.
So they will have 3 or 4 coils that are very close together at the top of the spring. The coils will then get further apart as you go downwards to about half way then the look uniform.

Next the hangar on the rear muffler.
Or something even more obvious like a loose jack, jack handle or wheel brace. The jack should be in the left rear of the boot.

What do you intend doing with the car? If you need to get it log booked by CAMS or AASA you will need to look into their manuals about requirements. The cams rules for example changed at the start of this year and you need to put in a lot of extra bars over what has been needed over the last few yea...

Try Bond roll bars in Sydney.
They do kits for just about anything and will ship to where ever.

I have heard of similar things happening before but I can't recall that type of carby involved. What was happening is after repeated corners in one direction the float is pushed against the seat slowing or stopping fuel flow into the fuel bowl. You stop turning and the problem goes away in a few sec...

I don't know for sure but they are available for most common shaft sizes. Drop into your local bearing supplier they should be able to help. If there is a lot of wear that you are trying to cover, a seal can make the speedy sleeve get very hot if there is a big air gap under where the seal runs. It ...

You definitley don't want to use sand. It is far too agressive and will damage the panel.

Soda or walnut shells is the best bet I believe, but it probably won't be cheap. This will take off any rust that may be there.

Since I started Rallying 20 years ago I have had a number of tow cars. * VN 6cyl auto sedan. Towed ok, body creaks like mad when loaded. * WB 4.2l V8 Panel van. Was a great tow car but chewed fuel at an alarming rate. I don't think I could afford it these days. Fuel was only about 75 cents then. * L...

I have flocked a number of dashs in rally cars. You can buy a suitable material in places like spotlight. Then use a spray adhesive so stick it on. It can tend to lift around the edges, so try to hold it in place with the dash cluster or other pieces of the dash. You can buy an aluminium foil tape i...
