pretty sure you fill the float with expandable foam, this stops it crushing under boost.

i got off my p's in june this year very glad i didnt have a super powerful motor, you can get into plenty of trouble without one. learn to drive it and as mentioned above, build a project motor / car on the side or save the coin to do a nuts gemi up once your off your p's or, buy an sv6 / xr6 manual...

you could get bar end mirrors from a motie and just weld / glue a bolt on the inside of the door to fix it to?

the mirror itself might not give a great range of vission though.
