Re: Emissions, engineering & all the fun!

If you are on nsw prob have to go to Penrith Rta full enclosure test. I met a guy at wsid fully worked v8 on e85 and the tester tried everything to fail and it passed that was a few years ago. No cop would pick the difference between a c1 and e1. Get the e1 put the piazza tappet cover on think they ...

After market stainless obviously have better swirl characteristics you could also go thinner stem, trim the g...

Re: 4zc1-t conversion. my way

Depends how you drive and how big/sticky your tires are. I snapped axles st 150hp and ripped brand new mounts apart. But mine was na 2.6 heaps of torque straight off idle.
If the tail shaft does let go you are in trouble

Re: 4zc1-t conversion. my way

I think you will need more clearance these engines have heaps more power and when they twist you'll find the dizzy touching the firewall. You most likely break the passenger engine mount aswell. Looks good though

Re: Dcoe sidedraft manifold unported CFM

Solution billet adaptor then run longer trumpets. The other problem with dcoe is the shock tower is too close ...

Re: Dcoe sidedraft manifold unported CFM

Will flow more than your head will so don't bother getting it flowed. match port it to webers and head remove any casting marks and don't make it to smooth slightly ruff to atomise the fuel.
