If mixing and matching rear ends be careful of brake hose connection to diff as some are metric and some are imperial. I think it is only a problem with TC and TX if you fit a later model back end. Be careful if you get one from the wreckers or off a mate because TF and TG are definitely different bolt size and orientation to early models.

You can widen the holes on a late model master cylinder (rough and dodgy) to make it bolt up but tilts to one side.

I'll take a stab and say it is the booster and possibly nothing wrong with the master cylinder if it still stops.

Which valve spring

Hi Guys, Would appreciate some advice on valve springs. I am having a head off a 4ZB1 ported and valves enlarged. Stock valves are identical to late model Gemi 161 (same number embossed on the face) and the valve springs same height and caps. The 4zB1 has a single valve spring (4mm) but I was wonder...
