I though it was only the Sandpiper II in the TE series that had the cream along and below the pinstripe level. To be honest, I dont beleive a sandpiper to be worth anymore then any other gemini... The best bit about them was the GTS mirrors, the trim was ugly as well as the paint imo... It would only be worth more then another gemini to a true die hard collector But thats just my opinion I get the same opin...

Swapped carbies only to find its doing the same thing as the previous Nikki was... It wont idle and stalls if you dont keep revs up between downshifting gears,back off the throttle in any gear coasting along and brrrrrrr the car stalls. Ive wired in an electric fuel pump into my TG......I have had it running 12v straight off the battery with no improvement to the way its running. First thing I checked was the idle solenoid...this was working fine on 12v.Even used another off another carby but no fix. Going to pull it all down again...

I usually do the pedal end first..... You can get ya hand in on the clutch pedal side...helps to have someone turn the cable from inside the engine bay to help get the clevis lined up and ready to hook over the pedal,drop the pedal to the floor and hook the clip over it,as you lift pedal back up it ...
