Its not the journal itself. Its the clearances of crank journal / bearing / block journal. G161 tolerances were never designed for boost so they might be too tight was my point

And most people who rebuild them dont actually clearance them properly either. G series engines are probably one of the worst to set up when you grind them undersize. Can move it to another thread, its just good to see something happening in the ghost town that is ozgemini

Yes they were never designed for these cylinder pressures i agree with you, but either way they can take an absolute beating from the factory!

unknown internals but have told worked with forgies and other fun things to male you go fast, biggest restriction is the turbo
e85, custom plenum, aftermarket intercooler, 1000cc injectors.

you should! do g series na and turbo and do 4z na and turbo and then all others ;)

I don't have the sheet yet but...
385hp, E85, 18psi gtx3076 g200z
Have to run it for a while then we will shoot for 40psi
