Ok, I sorta lost track of all that half way throught...WAY too much reading for a sunday afternoon lol.

I have a stock TG SL 5 speed which I will put a nice big battery in.

I plan to run a Kenwood 720W (60RMSx4) powering Alpine 80RMS splits and 80RMS 6.5"s plus a Kenwood 1000W mono (500RMS@2Ohm) powering a Kenwood KFC-W3514DVC 1500W (380RMS).

What kind of power assistance do you think I should use, a Massive brand 4 farad cap, a 12v 7Ah battery or something else?

I would go bigger alternator and a good battery. I was running a 3000w rms stereo and a EFI motor with a good battery and 120A alternator, charge and had no problems

That sounds like a good option, a hi charge alternator shouldn't be too hard to find and it means I will have more room in the boot for the sub box. Being that this car in being done up for my gf and she isn't big into bass I figure she will want to turn of the mono amp at her leisure so I plan to install a switch on it's remote cable. Thanks pig. Anyone else have any ideas, I'm open to multiple options.
