[/quote]

remote wire froom the head unit is wired to a relay.. relay turns on the 2 cooling fans the LEDs and the amp...

led is on constant when ever the head unit is turned on

this is the access hole so that all the dials on the amp can be adjusted with out having toremove the amp to do so..
this end will be covered with a cover trim to hid the hole ... it will have 2 small grils also over each of the fans for cooling

heres a shot of the 2 bolts i fibber glassed in with big 40x40 washers to hold the install to the floor

all the wiring going into the amp rack

heres where i have stetched blue fleece over the whole fram3 and painted on as much resin as possible

after it had set i cut a hole in the back of the encloses and lined the inside of the section that houses the subwoofer with 4 layers of matting then sealed up the access hole with 2-3 layers from the inside

better fit and to maximis the space avalable for internal volum.. but mainly for a better fit

used card to make template of the curves in the glass then trasfered it onto the timber, cut it out.
used liquid nails and screws to attach them.. then when it was dry, i lined it all on the inside with more layers of glass
