nice angle parking bro, oh thats right your drifting ! lol

looks like your finally starting to get more angle a lot earlier into the turn, entry speed must be getting higher eh ?

im almost there stu, have you been to the shed yet, if not then i sujest you head there and have a gander at what sits in the shed at the mo !

just having trouble with that carb at the mo, i think its because i have stale fuel in tank, and seems to be running rich, very rich, may need to get someone else to have a look at it............aaarrrrrrr...... i hate carbs that wont just bolt on and work straight away...... lol

oh can i get my springs back bro ? did you say that you have ordered a set ? if so then just wait till then hey

anywayz, great photos, i cant wait !

Hey guys, id like to slowly turn my TE gemini into a drift car :D

i use to own a commodore.. and that little bit of 'sideways' action got me addicted. so yea.. i bought myself a gemini, $50! in good condition too.. done 126,*** km's :D

anyways, can anyone give me some tips or where to buy parts and what to buy?

keep in mind that id still like it to be able to be driven on the road :P

thankyou, Todd.

hey man you in darwin or down south. what i would do for later model is lower with stiffer springs and monroe gt gas shocks. nolathane bushes. upgrade swaybars if you want to.

engine wise. if you want to have fun just a cam exhaust a 32/36 and tuned. if you want to be competative then cant go past a z series motor for the power and easy to get parts.

yeah dont put it in yet do abit of work to the 2L cam and a bit of head work. Z motors are out of later model rodeos which are 2.3 and 2.6L. Go through the gemini gallery and look at all the other drifters down in sa. They got some pretty basic setups. But the biggest thing you need is a locker and heaps of practice.

Ive found the bush kit, i cant find any shocks to suit a TE gemini though.

and can you point me towards the right brand of springs?

i bought some new mags today, same as yours.

i got k-mac rears and pedders front but its all up to your feel. 8kg fronts and 10 pr 11kg rears. Double up your rear swaybar. For shocks i use monroe gt gas. What brand bushes are they? Its in the post search: post pictures.
