Thanks Germi for the Kangaroo dinner on Saturday night, Leanne went looking for the same marinade today but couldnt find it.

I'll get the details for ya on that marinade. The meat is sold at all Woolworth supermarkets. I buy fillet not steak if I want to cook it like I did.

I'll have to bring a bigger pot next time, was stuck with minimalism cook gear. I wasn't expecting ppl to be keen on eating the roo. I eat it all the time.

Now just thinking back, was that the Mongolian flavouring Andrew???

Yes it was, Leanne says our Woolies doesnt have it so she will make her own, but without the capsicum :P

I'll snap a pic of the front of the packet, it's bar code and of the shelf tag so she can see if they can order it in. Surprised they don't have it, it sells well here. It's actually a bloody nice flavour for a packaged spice mix. 8)

it's funny how differrent places stock different things, over easter our local iga in stanthorpe had new "spicy burger" flavour twisties, i loved em, when we got home to the coast NO ONE has em!!!

looks like i will have to stock up next time!
