Re: Crs chassis kit

Was talking to a few people over the weekend. The chassis kit seems like a big waste of time. If you see what Sandys written above these same problems seem to be coming up. One case the whole thing was re-engineered and ended up being binned for a custom setup. Few people I know have been whinging ...

Re: Crs chassis kit

This is how I had my chassis connectors done , all custom made to suit my existing chassis work , Goes from my half clip that has a crossover bar to my stock front chassis rails, floor was cut out , then connectors dropped in so they are raised higher [URL=http://s282.photobucket.com/user/magz_027_2...

Re: Crs chassis kit

Is the kit designed to sit under the floor pan?
Or are you suppose to cut the floor out and weld it all in together?

Re: BLUE SLIP-Torana drop tank in TG-Could it cause me probl

Whoa back!! The boot of a Gemini is designed as a crumple zone - that is why the fuel tank is safely tucked between the back wheels. Re: engine swap

Hi Shaun!
You are doing an almost straight swap!, Most important part is taking note where everything goes! And putting them back ! Both engines use the same mounts etc !

Re: Strengthened torque tube std diff

that's my wagon build thread, yer I found it would only fit in an early model housing, if you get it strengthened as wide as we did, the 2' moly tube is the same width as the thicker diff side of the shaft, but if you get it strengthened to the width of the gearbox side http://www.gemswa.com/phpBB3/...

Bolts go through between the radiator fins, fibre washers to protect the core, then steel washers. You c...

Only drill through the fins and you will be fine , you can see the lines that go up and down , they hold the water
