What is my Gemini Worth?

I may have to sell my car due to being defected to the pits. The defect was for front crankcase seal leaking oil, slightly worn drivers seatbelt and camber wear to the front right (which is bulls*#t though lol). It is defected to Regency for oil leak, seatbelt and slight bald tire. 1980 TE SL/X -G16...

Problem solved.

Ended up being the earth from the battery to the chassis was a bit piss-poor, so I rewired it and cleaned it up and good as new.

Thanks to everyone for the tips to help me out too :)

Car also stalls whilst cold when I turn the lights on. fine when it's warm, just a bit of a drop in rpm.

Coils are the correct type. Wouldn't even know there's a problem till the lights or stereo and fan are on.

Already changed the coil, tried two others and no improvement. Could it be a faulty battery that fails under load which means a drop in voltage to the fuel pump?

Ok, definitely does this at night. Runs fine during the day. Actually, wouldn't know there was a problem until 3000rpm at night, with lights on.

I will try another voltage regulator if I can pick it one up from the wrecker

Faulty Alternator?

Could a faulty alternator cause my car to struggle and misfire above 3000rpm? Found that it will happen 90% of the time with at least the headlights and stereo turned on. I think I read in Gemini's if the alternator fails/ on it's way out, the car will either slowly die and then wont start even with...

Nevermind, had a look and they are BP5ES. Not too sure where they came from now lol. I was sure I got them for my old engine haha.

Unless I have the numbers mixed up.
