I know that it will could errors in the forum, but I guess that there's not much that can be done.

Make sure it's genuine Isuzu. There are a few Chinese heads going around, even more prone to cracking. ps new 4ZE1 heads - get the chinese ones, the spanish AMC ones are s*#t for a performance engine.. pretty sure coxy is running a chinese head in his Cheers Bob wrote a bible on how they're porous ...

Because my car was painted with the alloy stud on, I'd pulled them out and having some trims made to fill that space, flush with the stainless gem trims.

I'm running my BOV through my catch, then straight onto the intake.
Keep the can low on oil and you shall be fine.

It's legal, logical and neater. :)

If the battery is in a poor state, your headlights will flare.
Note that at idle, your alt puts out a lower voltage than say at 2500rpm (14-15v)
Regulators are cheap and easy to come by, swap and see if it helps!
